Beth & Rich Armstrong began their construction journey as many do, painting rooms, refinishing floors and eventually building an addition to house their growing family. Years later, wanting to plant roots for Rich’s surveying business, they purchased three historic buildings needing major renovations. They self-performed much of the work on nights and weekends, bringing children along to perform demo, pickup bricks, clean beams or sweep the floor. It really has been a family affair and a journey. The complex now houses our surveying business, construction business, title settlement business and six loft apartments.
